We’re sure you’ll love our products and want to keep them. However, you have 14 days to return it. Send us an email at info@nouvelaarts.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange them. If you’d like to order a product in a different size or a completely different product, we’ll process it as a return. Please email us at info@nouvelaarts.com so we can arrange this for you.
